본 연구에서는 대학생의 불안정애착이 전문적 도움추구 태도에 미치는 영향에서 완벽주의적 자기제시의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 331명을 대상으로 성인애착척도(ECR-R), 완벽주의적 자기제시 척도(PSPS-K), 전문적 도움추구 태도 척도(ASTPH)를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 상관분석을 실시하였으며, Hayes(2013)의 Process Macro v 4.2를 활용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 불안정애착(회피애착, 불안애착), 완벽주의적 자기제시, 전문적 도움추구 태도 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 각 변인들 간의 상관관계가 모두 유의하였다. 둘째, 대학생의 불안정애착의 하위요인인 회피애착과 불안애착이 전문적 도움추구 태도에 미치는 영향에서 완벽주의적 자기제시의 매개효과가 유의하였다. 이처럼 본 연구에서는 대학생의 불안정애착이 전문적 도움추구 태도에 미치는 여향에서 완벽주의적 자기제시의 매개효과를 검증하여 대학생의 불안정애착과 완벽주의적 자기제시, 전문적 도움추구 태도의 관계를 보다 심층적으로 이해할 수 있게 되었다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 또한 전문적 도움추구 태도를 높이기 위해서는 완벽주의적 자기제시의 수준이 중요함을 증명함으로써 개인의 애착 전략에 따라 유연하게 개입해야 할 필요성이 시사된다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effects of perfectionistic self-presentation on the relationship between insecure attachment and attitudes toward seeking professional help of university students. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, a correlation analysis was performed to verify the relationships among the variables. Second, perfectionistic self-presentation had significant mediating effects on the relationship between the subfactors of insecure attachment (avoidance and anxiety attachment) and attitudes toward seeking professional help. In conclusion, this study facilitates an understanding of the relationship between insecure attachment, perfectionistic self-presentation, and attitudes toward seeking professional help. Furthermore, by proving that the level of perfectionistic self-presentation is important for increasing attitudes toward seeking professional help, this study suggests the need to flexibly intervene according to individual attachment strategies.
